My name is Sotires ("Sotos") Pagiavlas and I am an Assistant Professor of Marketing at the Smeal College of Business at The Pennsylvania State University.
My research primarily focuses on how producers and consumers are impacted by government and firm interventions following failures.
My first dissertation essay on consumer recall compliance following a digital marketing campaign by the NHTSA was accepted for publication at the Journal of Marketing and is available here.
